2019 British Council Proposal Submission for Shape of global HE
Deadline: December 9, 2018.
They are looking for a consultant or team to build on the existing British Council study ‘Shape of global higher education’ by researching higher education policy and regulatory frameworks in countries within Europe and the Americas.
‘The shape of global higher education’ series (please see links at the bottom of this page) captures a sense of the global policy environment for international engagement in higher education.
This study collects qualitative data on 37 measures of each country’s national higher education system – it now includes 46 countries, and data for over 2,000 descriptive fields.This is an opportunity to build on the existing foundations by researching higher education policy and regulatory frameworks in countries within Europe and the Americas.
In addition – develop a new framework of data to assess the level of national investment in supporting international engagement in HE and research.
