Inspire Her Afrika is an annual four-month (July -October) comprehensive mentorship program dedicated to empowering Early-career African women by providing them with personalized guidance and support. Our goal is to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career prospects through meaningful mentorship connections.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

They are looking for African women who meet the following criteria:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in your respective field.
2. Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for empowering and supporting the career growth of early-career African women.
3. Commitment: Willingness to commit at least 2 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
4. Expertise: Possess expertise in Leadership, Career Development, Networking
5. Program Structure: One-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions.
