In fall 2024, Eisenhower Fellowships will assemble a diverse group of visionaries from across the country and invite them for a unique four- or five-week program with both in-person and virtual components. Fellows will develop a project, foster professional relationships and launch dynamic, concrete collaborations with their international counterparts, their cohort and the prestigious EF network of more than 1,600 active Fellows on six continents.

Fellows are selected based on their track record of leadership, their potential for future impact and their commitment to lifelong engagement with Eisenhower Fellowships to advance our mission of enhancing international understanding through dialogue to build a world more peaceful, prosperous and just.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. They are looking for high-achieving, ambitious professionals ages 32-45 from all walks of life, with a track record of achievement and the creativity required to make full use of this unique opportunity. 
2. They seek Fellows who have the maturity to take advantage of the unique opportunity and represent Eisenhower Fellowships, as well as draw upon this experience to catapult them forward as impactful leaders for years to come.

BENEFITS

1. EF generously covers direct fellowship expenses, including but not limited to, one round trip international flight, hotel(s), travel in and between cities, meals and translation services.
2. EF expects a full-time commitment to our program while on travel, however, obtaining time off work is the responsibility of the Fellow.
3. Before the fellowship begins, Fellows are expected to devote significant time to research, preparation and planning in consultation with the EF program team, followed by several virtual introductory and orientation sessions.
