LSE is pleased to announce one new scholarship for the next three academic sessions in partnership with The Beacon Equity Trust. 

The Beacon Scholarship provides access to the highest quality education for especially gifted Kenyan children, who in the future will have the confidence and ability to become leaders in their chosen fields in their own country.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This scholarship is for an applicant from Kenya, Tanzania, or Uganda. 

2. All undergraduate programmes are eligible.

BENEFITS

This scholarship is jointly funded between LSE and The Beacon Trust, for 2019 the scholarship amount to a total of £20,000 per academic year.

APPLICATION

To apply for this scholarship, please apply directly to the Beacon Trust. 

The application deadline for the Beacon Trust is normally in February, for entry to LSE in the September of that year.
