Inspire Her Afrika is an annual four-months (July -October) comprehensive mentorship program dedicated to empowering Early-career African women by providing them with personalized guidance and support. Their goal is to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career prospects through meaningful mentorship connections. They typically begin their mentorship program with a one-month virtual bootcamp to help you!

Their program facilitates one-on-one connections between experienced mentors and ambitious mentees, fostering a dynamic learning environment. The best part is the mentorship pairs each mentee gets a mentor. It’s like having a friend who has been there, done that, and is ready to help you. The program operates on the premise that mentorship is a two-way exchange, where mentors find fulfilment in guiding, and mentees unearth their potential.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. African women professionals with 3+ years of experience.
2. Demonstrate a genuine passion for empowering and supporting the career growth of early career African women.
3. Willingness to commit at least 2 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
