The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector. Driven by Heirs Academy, the Group’s centre of excellence for leadership, institutional capability, and talent development, the programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, giving the HH Graduate Trainees a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies.

If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any related discipline, and you are driven, analytical, and detail-oriented, they want you on their team. This is your chance to turn an academic foundation into a career at the forefront of Africa’s insurance industry.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2)
2. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, accredited Nigerian or foreign university
3. Must have completed the NYSC programme.
4. Maximum of 2 years’ post-NYSC experience.
5. Maximum age of 27 at the time of application.

REQUIRED SPECIFICATION

1. Insurance / Actuarial Science
2. Computer Science / Software Engineering / ICT.
