The Coronation Actuarial Pathway is designed for graduates with strong numerical and analytical ability and a passion for modelling risk and solving complex financial problems. Ideal candidates typically have degrees in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields. The Pathway builds depth in actuarial modelling, valuation, pricing, capital management, and regulatory compliance across the insurance and investment businesses. Participants gain hands-on exposure to data-driven decision-making, enterprise risk management, and actuarial support functions — preparing them to become future actuarial specialists within the Coronation ecosystem.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Ready to join them? Here’s what makes you a great match:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) 
• Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
