The AGYLE 2026 Call for Applications addresses young leaders and entrepreneurs who are developing innovative solutions in key GreenTech fields, including renewable energy, climate and agri-tech, water and resource management, and sustainable mobility. They are looking for individuals who combine environmental impact with economic scalability and social value creation, and who are active across African and European markets.

AGYLE 2026 brings together a diverse group of young leaders and entrepreneurs who see technological innovation as a powerful lever for sustainable transformation. The programme creates space for exchange, joint learning, and strategic development, with the aim of rethinking responsible growth and fair value creation across regions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

You are a perfect fit for AGYLE, if:

1. you are no older than 40 years of age,
2. you have at least 3 years of executive experience or started your own business,
3. you come from or have worked for at least 5 years in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Germany, or Austria.
4. you are committed to creating a sustainable future.
5. you would like to become part of the AGYLE Alumni Network and play an active role.
