The French-African Foundation is committed to shaping a new generation of african and french leaders, dedicated to fostering bold, innovative, and lasting ties between Africa and France.

Under the High Patronage of HE Andry Rajoelina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, and HE Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, the 2025 Young Leaders Program seeks to empower exceptional changemakers ready to tackle today’s global challenges and redefine leadership.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Age: between 28 and 40 years old in 2025
2. Nationality: must hold French nationality or be a citizen of an African country
3. Language: fluency in English is required; French is appreciated but not mandatory
4. Experience: at least three years of leadership experience with a demonstrated impact on your community, country, or region
5. Connection to France & Africa: a strong link through personal, professional, or academic experiences
