ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must meet the following formal application criteria:

1. Citizenship of an African state
2. University degree in a relevant subject
3. Postgraduate studies (e.g. MBA) are an advantage
4. Two to five years of relevant work experience
5. Excellent knowledge of English
6. Basic knowledge of German is an advantage
7. Not older than 35 years

BENEFITS

1. The AFRIKA KOMMT! programme is entirely financed by the participating German companies.
2. As a fellow, all costs related to your participation in the fellowship programme will be covered (flights, accommodation, monthly stipend, trainings, language course).
