They’re thrilled to announce the launch of the GLF Africa 2024 Photography Awards. Whether you’re a professional or amateur photographer, they’d love to see your photos showcasing the continent’s vast landscapes in all their grandeur.

They want to show the world stunning images of Africa’s diverse peoples and their way of life across its various landscapes. So, get your cameras ready and snap them your best shots of tropical forests, grasslands, drylands, peatlands, wetlands, the ocean and coasts – and African livelihoods.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The GLF Africa 2024 Photography Awards are open to anyone aged 18 or above, whether you’re a photo enthusiast or a professional photographer.
• By submitting your photo, you agree to follow the rules, terms and conditions of these awards.
• Photos that have previously won other photographic awards will not be considered.

BENEFITS

• Cash prizes of USD 400 (1st place), USD 300 (2nd place) and USD 200 (popular vote).

• The uploaded file must include the photo’s title, and the contributor’s name and the contact information, including email address, social media handles (if applicable) and a caption listing the subject and location.
