The Axiata Digital Leaders Programme for Youth 2024 equips Malaysian undergraduates and young professionals with the capabilities to thrive in the digital world.

Through a comprehensive curriculum, cutting-edge training and hands-on experiences, participants are provided with the knowledge, tools and mindset to embark on a digital career. This is complemented by leadership and digital fluency training, through which they are positioned to drive innovation and play a role in Malaysia’s ongoing digital transformation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Applications are open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents who are young professionals with at least six months of cumulative work experience.
2. Additionally, participants must be residing in Malaysia, between the ages of 23 to 28, have an interest in digital knowledge and own a laptop.
3. Only candidates from families with a household income of RM5500 or less are eligible.

BENEFITS

1. Participants will engage in workshops covering crucial aspects of digital leadership, business skills, and digital proficiency in specialized areas such as digital intelligence, digital marketing, or digital finance.
2. These digital skills workshops will be enhanced by customizing Digital Citizenship guidelines, ensuring a holistic and tailored approach to their learning experience.
3. All expenses incurred during the programme will be borne by Axiata Foundation.
