At Airbus, their purpose is to pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world. Through their Community Impact programme, they focus on supporting sustainable solutions that tackle community-identified needs, with a specific priority on enabling change for vulnerable people in the areas of youth development and environmental impact.

They are proud to partner with One Young World to identify and connect an interdisciplinary team of 5 committed young leaders who are working on innovative climate adaptation and resilience solutions, or enabling social equity through education, skills development or employability solutions, to participate in the One Young World Summit 2024, which takes place in Montréal, Canada, from 18 – 21 September.

Successful candidates will receive a fully funded scholarship to participate in the One Young World Summit 2024 which takes place in Montréal, Canada from 18 – 21 September. Scholars will participate in the Summit as members of Airbus’ delegation, and can participate in follow-up sessions with Airbus to help scale and accelerate their initiatives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must be:

• Aged 18 – 30*
• Nationals of one of the following countries:Australia,Austria,Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom & United States.
