Inspire Her Africa is an annual six-month comprehensive mentorship program designed to provide personalized guidance and support to African women who are seeking to improve their skills, knowledge, and career prospects. This program offers:

[i] One-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced industry professionals

[ii] Customized learning plans tailored to individual goals and needs

[iii] Opportunities to network and connect with mentors and fellow mentees

[iv] Regular feedback and guidance to track progress and achieve success

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

MENTEE

1. Must be between 18-35 years old.
2. Must have at least an undergraduate degree
3. Must be willing to commit fully for the entire duration of the program
4. Must have access to internet and preferably have a laptop
5. Must be resident in any African country

PROGRAM FOOTPRINTS

1. Matching: Mentees will be carefully matched to mentors based on their goals, interests, and personalities.
2. Goal setting: Each mentor and mentee will work together to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for the mentorship period.
3. Orientation: The mentorship program will begin with an orientation session where the mentor and mentee will meet and discuss expectations, boundaries, and logistics.
4. Regular meeting: Mentors and mentees will meet regularly, either in person or virtually, to discuss progress, challenges, and feedback. These meetings can take various forms, such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video chats, or email exchanges.
5. Skill Building: Mentors will help the mentee develop the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their goals. This could involve sharing advice, providing resources, giving feedback, or connecting the mentee with relevant networks and opportunities.
6. Evaluation: Mentor and mentee will periodically evaluate the progress of the mentorship program and adjust their approach as necessary
7. Celebration: At the end of the program, the mentor and mentee will celebrate their achievements and evaluate the impact of the mentorship program on their personal and professional growth.
