2022 Saïd Business School Foundation Africa Scholarships

Oxford University are proudly at the forefront of promoting the African growth story and continue to advocate for greater levels of investment into talent from across Africa.

They want to ensure that the barriers facing potential African MBA students are overcome through support that includes scholarship funding from the Saïd Business School Foundation (SBSF). A charitable trust established in 1998, SBSF supports the School in its pursuit of excellence.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Open to candidates of African nationality
  2. Candidates should have strong degree results, a higher than regional average GMAT or GRE score, and demonstrated professional achievement and leadership skills.
  3. Candidates should demonstrate a knowledge of and a commitment to the continent.

SCHOLARSHIP

  1. They offer a range of partial awards, typically up to £20,000, contributing towards course fees.
  2. The number of awards varies per year but typically they have around 10 scholars funded through this stream of Saïd Business School Foundation scholarships in their MBA class.

APPLICATION

  1. No additional application is required. We will use the details you supply in your MBA application form to determine eligibility. 
  2. There is no fixed application deadline for this scholarship.
  3. All eligible offer-holders will be considered at each MBA admissions stage however, they cannot guarantee the availability of these scholarships in their later application stages, so early application is recommended.
