2022 McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA Program
Deadline: March 21, 2022.
The first Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) event took place in Paris in 2012. The event brought together individuals who self-identify as women from across Europe and the Middle East who enjoyed three days of inspirational workshops, discussions, and networking.
During our NGWL events attendees explore the importance of women in leadership and refine their own leadership skills. Over the years we have run additional initiatives to further support women’s leadership under the NGWL umbrella including events in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
ELIGIBILITY
To be considered for NGWL EMEA, you must be currently based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (or have strong ties with Europe, the Middle East, or Africa). You must also be:
- a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2023
- a professional with up to eight years of work experience
BENEFITS
