2022 Atlantic Fellowship for Health Equity Global Program

Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity is a one-year global fellowship program based at the George Washington University Health Workforce Institute in Washington, DC.

The program will:

  • blend in-person and online learning to build comprehensive knowledge of national and global health disparities
  • enhance fellows’ capability to address these disparities through exposure to content experts and visits to programs and institutions pioneering positive change
  • provide personalized leadership training curriculum that emphasizes practical approaches to creating change

ELIGIBILITY

  1. They are looking to recruit fellows who are currently engaged in health-related work including, but not limited to: finance, economics, art, architecture, academia, government, public health, law, media, and healthcare delivery.
  2. They encourage those with diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.
  3. There are no educational/degree requirements for the fellowship program.
  4. Citizenship is not a requirement for this fellowship program, but all fellows need to be fluent in English and be able to travel internationally to participate in fellowship convenings. They will be selecting 10 U.S.-based and 10 international fellows.
  5. You do NOT need to be a health professional to apply for this fellowship. 

BENEFIT

All educational experiences and travel expenses related to participation in the fellowship are covered by the program.
