Unilever is a global company selling fast-moving consumer goods. Our purpose is to make sustainable living commonplace. Primarily to ensure availability and visibility of company products at Point of sales (POS) through Key Distributors and channels. Support Territory Managers to ensure improved penetration through GT Channels

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures compliance with Unilever trade policies at KD level

2. Manages Distributor sales resources

3. Ensures KD profitability

4. Ensures implementation of trade promotions at POS

5. Handles KD and Customers complaints at KD level

6. Responsible for the successful landing of various initiatives e.g. EDGE, TPM, CCFOT at KD and POP level

7. Drives sales target within the assigned territory

8. Ensures proper management of KD funding and profitability

9. Responsible for the KD, KDSRs and third party contractors within the territory

REQUIREMENT

1. Graduate – University or Polytechnic

2. 0-12 months experience, preferably in sales

3. FMCG experience is desirable

4.  Interest in data analysis

5. Communication skills

6. Interpersonal skills

7. Negotiation and Relationship Management skills

8. Organizational awareness

9. Coaching skills

10. IT skills- Excel, PowerPoint

11. Has to be a thinker and a doer
