Whether you’re an experienced professional or a recent graduate, working with McKinsey could be a challenging and rewarding next step in your career. You’ll work in as part of their Young Leaders Programme (YLP).

You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. You’ll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. YLP’s receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR NIGERIA

  1. Undergraduate or master’s degree
  2. Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
  3. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language
  5. Outstanding record of academic achievement
  6. Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  8. Registered for the NYSC program (submit call-up letter) for Nigerians

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR ETHIOPIA/ NAIROBI

  1. Undergraduate degree with an excellent record of academic achievement
  2. Great potential in leadership, problem solving and entrepreneurial drive
  3. 1 year (maximum) of continuous work experience in any industry
  4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local language 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR KARACHI

  1. Undergraduate or master’s degree (from any major/program) with outstanding academic achievement
  2. Record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people from all backgrounds
  4. Up to 5 years of work experience
  5. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local language

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR LUANDA

  1. Students attending the last year of their bachelor’s or master’s degree, or who have maximum 2 years’ work experience after university
  2. Great potential for leadership, problem solving and business drive
  3. Excellent academic record
